Stef Williams has been in the pageant industry for over 13 years as a pageant mom, a state director and state operations director. Stef is a native of North Carolina and a business entrepreneur with a passion for creating opportunities for young women as they pursue dreams and goals. Watching her daughter Kennedy compete in various pageants and dance competitions over the years, she truly believes that all should experience the opportunity of gracing a stage; a moment to shine. Known as one of the most invested pageant directors, she believes that the "shining" moment leads to amazing self-confidence and self-respect. She brings that to life while implementing the family concept and complete sisterhood in pageantry. Yes, it is competition, but she instills to all who cross her path, “you are only competing against yourself.” Stef had the honor of being named one of the Top 10 Directors by Pageant Planet in 2017.

Stef earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and is an Audit and Risk Compliance Specialist with a major law firm in Washington, DC. She has many "passions" but one of her favorites is event planning which includes pageant productions. She is also a published author of "Joy Happened" and recently released her 2nd novel, “When Love Calls”. In addition to being a pageant mom, dance mom and just "mom" to Trent and Kennedy, Stef is Founder and Executive Director of a nonprofit organization,

G-I-R-L-S-lnc., where Giving, Inspiring, Reaching, Leading and Serving are the basis of the organization's mission.

Kennedy Williams,  Miss College Park 2023

...began her dance training ten years ago and currently transferred from Anne Arundel Community College, where she was the president of the AACC Dance Company to Towson University, where she is where she is a Pre-Dance Performance & Choreography major. She is also a part-time jazz and technique dance instructor at the POM Squad of Montgomery County and a pageant walking coach/consultant. She has been dancing competitively for over nine years. Her first competition was part of a state pageant, which she enjoys competing in regularly, or when time allows. Kennedy has competed in tap, modern, contemporary, jazz, and lyrical, with jazz being her favorite, and has a first-place national award for her lyrical solo. In addition to several regional titles in the lyrical and jazz genre, Kennedy’s passion for dance led her to open her own studio, KPW Dance, in her home basement where she taught students dance and held performances for the parents.  Kennedy has competed in various pageant systems and has held several titles including Miss Maryland Earth USA 2021. She reached one of her goals in competing in the Miss America System as the 2018 Miss Southern Maryland Outstanding Teen title and placed Top 10 in the Miss Maryland Outstanding Teen Pageant. Being a role model educating young girls and boys, who are the future, to always believe in and have confidence in themselves, is something that is important to Kennedy. Most recently, she has embarked on a modeling career for local musicians, working with professional photographers, being invited to ATL Market, and clothing entrepreneurs. When she is not modeling or dancing, she works on non-profit initiatives with G-I-R-L-S-Inc., which has earned her two Presidential Service Awards, or shopping, which is a favorite pastime!
